I applied online and then HR talent recruitment reached out to lead the process. The interview was great and they answered all my questions and then some. I also had to complete a personality test. References mentioned that UCare contacted them to verify. After that, I accepted a job offer.

Applied online and then a recruiter reached out. Had a 10-minute interview with the recruiter. Then set up an interview with the manager which went well. Was told I would hear something back but was ghosted. Neither the recruiter nor the manager reached out with an update.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a long interview process, it took me over 3 months to get through it. I had more than 8 interviews and met over 15 people. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and then for the final rounds, I had to meet with a psychologist and do some online psychological tests. They told me they would let me know the decision by a certain date, but I had to wait a week after that for the recruiter to get back to me.

Interview process #1 went fine and I was hired. It was when I submitted my exemption for the mandate that they turned on me, started treating me terribly and then rescinded my job offer that i had already accepted AND quit a job over. There was zero remorse. It was a 100% REMOTE POSITION. Then, a few years later, they have some contract work available and I apply through a 3rd party. There is no more stupid mandate and they ghosted the recruiter due to my name. Talk about a company who holds zero value in the employee. They discriminated against me, they are intolerant of others’ views, and should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely will never recommend this company to anyone.
