Behavioral

I applied for the designer position through my college's career services website. After a few weeks, they reached out and invited me to their Dallas office for an interview. The interview was with two senior engineers and it felt pretty relaxed. I was asked a few behavioral questions, but honestly, most of the time was spent with me asking them questions about the job and the company.

I sent in my application through an online job board and was contacted for an interview the very next day. The whole interview process felt pretty relaxed. We spent a good amount of time discussing the role, what the job requires, and how I'd fit into the company. I got an offer within a few hours after that. I ended up turning it down though, just because the work environment wasn't really what I was looking for.

It was an easy interview. They asked me about my education, previous work experience, and if I was willing to travel. I got to a second interview where I shadowed someone for about an hour to see what the job actually is. Then we talked salary and they asked a few more questions. They mentioned they'd decide and let me know within a week but I never heard back.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a long but really good interview process. They asked me some simple questions, and then we spent a good amount of time discussing how my past work experience could be relevant to the job. After that, they laid out what they're looking for in someone to fill the position. The whole conversation felt pretty relaxed and informal.
