Started with HR, had a standard interview covering my resume, experience, and references, and then background checks. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager. There was a panel interview with the lead team members. I also got a tour of the department and had lunch with a peer. Finally, there were follow-up calls with the HR manager.
- Can you verify your license with the CA Board of Nursing?

It was pretty easy and everyone was friendly. Each person took about 30 minutes, and it was over Zoom. The whole thing took about a month from when I applied. It was all behavioral questions, no clinical stuff. Make sure you have some questions to ask them too.
- Can you describe the types of patients you have experience with?

after you submit your application, an HR admin assistant will call you to set up an interview. then you'll interview with either the manager, unit director, or staff, depending on the unit. afterwards, you'll get an offer or rejection.
