Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview started with a panel interview focusing on behavioral questions. This was followed by a take-home case that you had one week to complete. Next, there was another panel interview where you presented your case and answered more behavioral questions. Finally, there was a leadership interview. It's a standard process, so be ready for statistics questions.

Behavioral Technical Coding

There were two rounds for the interview. First, I had a panel interview where I talked about myself and the job with some people from the company. They asked me stuff to see if I knew the tech stuff and if I'd be a good fit. Then, the second round was a deep dive into programming, and I had to do some coding exercises.

Behavioral

It was a panel interview with 3 staff members, the hiring manager was one of them. It lasted about an hour. They asked behavioral questions like what would you do in a scenario, what was your biggest accomplishment, how do you handle a challenge. Then there was time for me to ask questions.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for an enrollment services position and had two interviews. The last one was with the director and they said they would let me know in two weeks. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I reached out to the director, but still no response. I was waiting for an update and ended up missing out on a job because I was waiting to hear back from them. It's frustrating that they didn't even communicate to say I didn't get the position. It's fine if someone else got it, but please consider that candidates take time to interview, and sometimes this process can make them miss other chances.
