I had a 30-minute phone interview with two staff members. After that, there was an hour-long Zoom interview with four staff members and someone from HR. The staff members asked questions, and the HR person acted as the host and told me about what happens next. I didn't get much time to ask my questions.

The interview process wasn't too long, but it did involve two interviews. The first interview had three interviewers and included general interview questions. The second interview had two interviewers and focused more on my goals and what I could contribute. The interviewers were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my application.
