Admissions Reader
It was a 15-minute interview with two admissions officers. The process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my past experience, my commitment to diversity, and my working style. It wasn't a long interview at all. At the end, there was time to ask about the timeline and any questions about the position.

So, I went through three rounds, and each interview had three different stakeholders. Each one was pretty short, only about half an hour long for each group. I started by giving a quick rundown of my career. Then they asked me about the Haas defining principles and how I connect with them, and ultimately, why I'd be a great addition to the organization.

Program Interview
The PDP Program Interview has 6 questions total. You'll go through self-introduction, discuss your strengths and weaknesses, what you can contribute to the program, your goals for the short and long term, and what you hope to gain from the program.
