Customer Support
You can apply through their careers page or a job board. Make sure your resume highlights your qualifications. There's a phone screen, which is usually a short 15–30 minute call. Then you'll interview with the hiring manager and do an assessment.

Sourcing Manager
I applied through Indeed and heard back from HR within 24 hours to schedule a phone interview. It was a screening about my background and motivation for UA Brands. HR explained the next steps: they'd send my notes to the hiring manager. I heard back on Tuesday for an interview with the hiring manager the next day. We discussed the position and how my background fit. Two days after that, HR called to say they were interested and scheduled me for 3 Microsoft Teams interviews with the team the following week. I met each team member, who asked detailed questions about my background and were honest about the company and role. A few days later, HR called to schedule an onsite meeting, which was 2 weeks later. I met the same team members again; the interviews were more about a tour and details about the area and company. The hiring manager expressed interest, and HR would be in touch. HR called several times to check my interest and discuss next steps. After the onsite, HR called to discuss the area and my thoughts. On Monday, HR called with a verbal offer. The official offer letter came a week later. The whole process took about 5 weeks.

Business Analyst
The interview process had four stages: HR, Floor Manager, Senior Manager, and Senior HR. The initial stages were good, and I was asked several questions about my past experiences. I enjoyed the grilling session as they asked meaningful questions. Then, the HR asked for my experience certificates. After I submitted them, they claimed they were not appropriate. I provided all necessary proofs and requested verification. To convince them, I had to submit my bank statements, but they disputed those as well, claiming they weren't bank statements. I had to download them, mark my salaries using editing tools, and send them. Finally, they were assured that everything was okay. After all this, I was called back to the office for a discussion. They mentioned they were looking for a candidate like me. I was told there would be another interview round. When they didn't respond by their promised date, I followed up a few times. After 2-3 follow-ups, they informed me that someone else had been selected. I was shocked and asked for the reason, and they stated my salary expectations were too high. This was surprising, especially after completing four rounds and clearing them, with no prior salary discussion or negotiation. It was a very bad experience; I didn't expect large companies to play with candidates' situations. My feedback to the company: If you can't conduct proper background verification, it's your incompetence. Why trouble candidates by calling them to the office repeatedly and giving false expectations? I never anticipated this response. Be truthful and try to understand the candidate's perspective. Getting a job or rejection isn't as important as having a good experience that encourages candidates to try again. I will never apply to your company again, and I'll advise my friends not to as you don't value talent. It was a very bad, pathetic, and bitter experience.
- Can you discuss your background and how it relates to this role?

Photo Retoucher
The hiring process started with a long online aptitude test, like the SATs, and online forms, plus I had to submit a portfolio with before & after retouching examples. It took over a month, and then I had a 30-45 minute phone call with HR. A week later, they had me come to their corporate office for a really thorough 3-4 hour in-person interview. This included a skills test and more SAT-like math and reading comprehension tests. They said they'd decide within 2 weeks, but after I sent a follow-up email, I heard nothing back. A few days after that, the job was posted again. Honestly, after investing so much time and effort, you'd at least expect a simple 'yes' or 'no' reply.
- What do you enjoy most about retouching?
- How would you deal with the boredom and sameness of doing the same retouching task repeatedly throughout the day?
- What's your stance on working overtime to meet deadlines or to help out when someone else can't work?
