I had a group interview with three parts. One part was like a panel interview where I spoke with three different people. The other two parts were tests to see how I would handle specific situations and how I'd interact with a group of kids. It was a pretty good experience overall. I got the job offer about one to two weeks later.

The interview process was pretty unique but fun. They really wanted to see how well you can communicate. You had to give a short speech on a topic you're passionate about and also play a quick Pictionary-style game with your interviewer.

We had a group interview, which was pretty fun. There were 5 of us in the group and we went through three different stations. First was a group activity, then a round of questions, and finally some improv exercises based on different situations. My group felt we did pretty well in both the activity and the improv part.
