I applied kinda late, and they got back to me about 3 weeks after I sent in my application. The interview happened in the same week. The people interviewing me were really nice and made it super comfortable, which definitely helped with my nerves. I got the offer about 2 weeks after that.

it was pretty chill, they only asked me about three questions total. They asked me about myself and why I wanted the position, an example of time that I had to take criticism/how I handle it, and then a few short questions like if I had been to DC (i had not) and would feel comfortable giving tours, and then my favorite book and why. interviewed by 2 people over phone call and they were super nice.

I met with the office manager for a 30-minute interview round. I also had to submit a writing sample and turn in my resume and other application stuff like my transcript and recommendations.
