First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at U.S. Renal Care.
Lead Dietitian
The recruiter was 15 minutes late for our scheduled screening and had a bad connection. She immediately wanted to set up a hiring manager interview. The hiring manager interview was casual and friendly, and I thought it went well. They said they'd get back to me in 1-2 weeks after talking to other candidates. After 3 weeks with no reply, I emailed the recruiter, but got no response. Two months after the interview, the recruiter called to say I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about your background in providing care and education for renal patients?
Marketing Coordinator
There were 3 interview rounds. The first was a phone pre-screen. The interview seemed to go well until the job asked about event experience. Apparently, not having event experience was a big reason I wasn't picked. The recruiter said she'd get back to me the next week, but she never did, so I guess I was ghosted. The second round would have been with my potential manager. The third stage was an interview with the Chief/Director of Marketing.
- What is your understanding of Renal Care?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you describe any experience you have with event support?
Human Resource Generalist
The interview process began with a standard email and calendar invite, but the scheduled times were over two weeks away. I followed up with the talent team via email but received no response. On the day of the interview, there was a no-show. Just five minutes before the interview slot ended, I got a request to reschedule for the next day. I declined immediately, explaining I had other plans, but they called anyway. There was no message left, and they didn't reply to an email I sent at the time of declining, asking to reschedule.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
PCT/CNA
It was a simple and quick interview. They took me to a private conference area and we sat down like we were having a conversation. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They just want to know if you’re a good fit for the clinic and team, and company overall.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated professionalism?
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are some of your achievements as a PCT?
