So before this interview, it all starts with a first contact during a phone interview of about 10-15 min. You're asked a lot of personal questions, about your experiences. You're told that if you're selected, you'll be put in touch with an HR person and then have a next interview with the manager.

I interviewed with the store manager and the CEO. I was working in a different retail store back then. They asked me a lot about my past experience and what I would bring to the company. They also asked some harder questions, but I can't remember them because it was in 2008. There was no other interview. I got a call the next day saying I was hired and when to start.

It started with a phone call, then an in-person interview with a few team members, followed by a meeting with the president. The president seemed arrogant, and it was obvious. They weren't willing to offer the minimum salary of 60k for a role with responsibilities that justified it, especially considering the cost of living in Palm Beach County.

Applied via resume reply and got a call the same day for an interview with the store manager. It was informal, like a chat. Then, I was asked to interview with the DM in a few days. The DM interview was also very informal, more conversation with a few typical questions. Got a job offer two days later.
