So, first there was this recruiter call, then I had another interview with two engineers. The third part was this coding test online. They said it was a long process, with a bunch of technical interviews and a panel interview. The recruiter was nice and all, but they took forever to get back to me, I had to chase them like every week. For backend engineers, I really think you should learn React before applying. I did pretty well on the coding test, like 90+/100, even with hardly any front-end experience, but I still didn't make it to the next round. It was pretty confusing, but that's just how it is now.

HR was quick to schedule a phone screen. I got a technical assessment to finish within 3 days. It was straightforward, testing practical skills. I also had a phone interview with two software leads. Everyone was friendly and responsive.
