The first chat with the recruiter was good, they laid out the company's objectives and what they were looking for really clearly. The recruiter was awesome and totally handled all my questions. The whole thing felt pretty chill and straightforward.

It was a simple interview. They wanted to know about my background in the field, my schooling, my words per minute, and also asked some personality questions. The whole thing was really quick and easy, not too fast that it felt sketchy.

The first step was a lengthy recruiter call, about an hour, where we discussed my work history and achievements. They really dug into the details and asked for five adjectives that describe me. Then, I went in for an in-person chat with the hiring manager. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview, and there weren't any tricky questions. The only odd part was when the manager made a comment about her appearance and how she uses it in sales calls.

So far, the interview process has been really good. I like that they've been upfront and we've had open talks. It's nice to be able to ask the important questions and get full answers. Each call or interview has made the time and effort I've put in worthwhile. I haven't finished the process yet, but I feel like I've already gained a lot from it, no matter how it turns out.
