The first round was a phone screen interview, it was pretty easy. The recruiter was super nice and professional. They asked basic questions about me and my experience. There were also a few fun questions to get to know me better, so don't stress too much about them! The second round, the recruiter was more experienced, still really nice, and gave me a tour of the company. They asked more in-depth questions about my skills and experience. The surprising part was the random questions I had to draw from a box. One was a brain-teaser, so I had to be creative and thoughtful with my answer.

Behavioral Technical

The interview started with a phone call. It's a bit tricky because they don't always give you a heads-up, so it's best to answer calls from unknown numbers just in case. They asked a lot of typical behavioral questions and about my accomplishments. It was important to connect my answers back to the nonprofit organization. If the recruiter was impressed, I might get an email for a final interview, and they might even schedule it right then. The final interview involved more behavioral questions. They asked about my moral compass and why I'm interested in Feeding Children. They also asked about my Excel skills. They let me know when to expect to hear back, and they said about two weeks, which was accurate.

They ask really basic questions but expect you to have very specific answers. When you answer, remember you're not in a position to be picky, and your presence here is a mistake. a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z and now i know my next time wont you sing with me.

First, I had a short phone chat, and then a few days later, I went in for an in-person meeting. It was pretty relaxed in both cases, and I felt comfortable talking with the person interviewing me. I found out if I got the job on the same day as my in-person interview.
