I had my first interview. The first person was really rude and kept cutting me off. The second person talked about his green screen and then asked me how I'd build a security program with only 20 minutes left. It was a bad experience overall, very unprofessional. For the second round, nobody showed up, and they didn't even bother to let me know it was canceled. All in all, it was a terrible experience. This kind of interview style makes me think the company culture is probably toxic because they clearly don't respect people's time from the beginning. I'd stay away.

VERY PAINFUL PROCESS! It took well over 3 months with 4 rounds of interview sessions. Finally got an offer verbally with sallary package and joining date but none in the writing ( formally). As a process, followed up with them several times asking for a formal offer letter. 10 days later HR called and said " They would like to interview 1 more round..." I accepted this challenge and went for another round of interview. It was not necessary at all. Same set of people asked same set of questions. It went for another 2 hours. I aced it! After several follow ups, a week later HR called and said - " This position is on hold indefinitely. The management doesn't know who this role going to report to." Hence no offer letter. Between the VERBAL offer and NO offer there was about 10 days of gap, in the mean time I declined 2 other (contract) offers I had. This was a bummer!

Technical

The interview process involved three technical rounds, each 30 minutes long, conducted via Teams video. The first interviewer was rude, barely audible, and didn't turn on their video, making it awkward. The questions seemed generic, like the difference between DI and IOC in Spring, and the interviewer disputed my correct answer. The subsequent two interviewers were uptight and humorless. Despite answering all questions correctly, I received no feedback and was ghosted. I'd advise others to avoid this company to save time and avoid feeling insulted.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for a PM position, but after a recruiter pre-interview and a prescreen, my background was identified as a fit for a Process Analyst role. I interviewed with a hiring manager and then had an in-person with the team. The whole process took about a month. The experience was great; the HR rep was very supportive, and the onsite interview felt vibrant and energetic, making it seem like a place where you can really make a difference.
