It was a standard interview process. I had to prepare answers for common questions. Several hiring managers joined the interviews. There were some aptitude tests involved. Overall, it was a typical hiring process with a few rounds of interviews. The hiring managers were friendly and polite. I was also advised to prepare some questions to ask them.

Architectural Draftsman
The boss scheduled the interview for the afternoon. It wasn't very formal. He seemed distracted and couldn't focus on the interview. It was short. He mentioned drafting another contract to fit me, but I haven't heard back in a month. I'm looking to move on to companies that better match my design and construction skills.

Procurement Specialist
It was a panel interview with 3 or 4 people and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked if I understood the job description and threw some smart behavioral questions my way. I also had to explain my experience and skills that would make me successful in the role.
- What do you think you'll be doing in this role, based on the job description?
Manager
It was a stressful interview. They asked guesstimates and some general knowledge questions that were very random. There were 3 people in the panel and I was not satisfied with the way they were conducting the interview.
