Product Development
The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. It began with a recruiter call, then there was an online Excel test, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. I didn't get to the in-person part or the office tour. The team and company seemed great, but I'm really unclear on what they're looking for in candidates. My chat with the hiring manager went really well; they basically told me I was perfect for the role. Two weeks after we spoke, I got a standard rejection email with no feedback. I don't think I'll reapply since I never got any feedback.

Supply Chain Specialist
I had a video screening with HR. She was nice and asked good questions. She told me upfront that the interview process would be long and explained all the steps involved. She was also clear that it would take a few weeks to get a decision. Unfortunately, I got a generic email rejection a few days later, without any explanation. I get that they probably don't have time to explain every rejection, but I really thought I was a strong candidate. They didn't even give me a chance to do the Excel test, which is a shame because I'm really good with Excel. I got the impression from the interviewer that she might have been judging my appearance, maybe thinking I wasn't smart enough. I'm just guessing, but I answered all her questions well with good examples from my experience. It's crazy how competitive it is to get a job here! I feel like if someone else had done the initial screening, I might have had a better shot at moving forward. Again, this is just my impression, but she gave off a really judgmental vibe, I could see it in her reaction. This company should really give people a fair shot! I had so much to offer, and she just shut me down without even letting me prove my skills.

Customer Experience Application Support Engineer
I had a zoom interview with HR first. Then, I received a couple of online tests. The first test involved identifying different pictures, and the second one was about using Excel formulas. After that, I was invited to the office for an in-person interview with a group of people. Although everything seemed to go well and I enjoyed meeting everyone, I never heard back after they said they'd let me know in a few days. I even sent an email about five days later for an update, but got no response. They were usually quick to reply, but completely ignored me after the final interview. I was expecting at least an email saying they went with someone else, not to be ghosted, especially after such a positive experience before the decision.

Client Services Supervisor
The interview process began with a straightforward phone interview with a recruiter who made the opportunity sound appealing. Next, I had an in-person interview that was scheduled for 3-4 hours, and it ended up taking the full 4 hours. This included meeting with my potential manager, which was comfortable and pleasant, followed by a meeting with HR. The HR representative was not particularly friendly and seemed a bit confrontational, giving me a less than ideal impression. I then reconnected with the recruiter, who was again very nice and welcoming. After that, I had to complete several tests: Excel, sales, and personality assessments, including a pattern prediction test which felt a bit odd but was ultimately fine. I was informed about an at-home test to follow, which revealed the role was more sales-oriented than initially presented. Despite this, I proceeded and completed the online sales-focused test, which took about 90 minutes. I notified the recruiter upon completion. Although I was assured of a notification either way and that the process could take months, and advised to call if I received another offer, I never received any communication after submitting the at-home test. It has been months, and despite dedicating significant time to their process, I never got even a rejection email. I did receive and accept another offer, and chose not to contact them to see if they would ever reach out, which they did not. It's unfortunate, as the company seemed great and the people welcoming, but their follow-up process needs significant improvement; at least an email acknowledging my time would be expected.
- I don't recall the specific questions asked, but they were typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
