Project Manager
Got an invite for a recruiter screen and chat. When I jumped on the call, it turned out to be two hiring managers, which they didn't mention beforehand and was pretty annoying. The interview and questions were alright, but it would've been nice to know who I'd be talking to. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone, even after following up with the recruiter. So, Tyler Technologies is now on the list of companies that ghost candidates, which makes me think it's a place to steer clear of.

Project Manager
So my interview process was a little different than the normal from I'm told. It took about a month and a half from the first phone screening interview to being extended a job offer. There were four interviews in total. First with the recruiter, then a hiring manager, then the director and one other person, and finally the VP of the division. They all asked a lot of interesting and thought provoking questions. Everyone was wonderful and very welcoming from start to finish. Grade A way to handle interviews. I'm extremely impressed with them as an organization.
- What unique talents do you possess that differentiate you from other potential candidates for this role?
Project Manager
The interview process was very organized. The recruiter reached out to me for a 30 min phone interview. After that, I met with the hiring managers via webcam. They were really nice and made the interview really comfortable. Asked questions about my experience and background. After that, I was moved to the final round with the Director of the team. This was also a very laid back interview, 30 minutes just to get to know me better. I felt really confident about all interviews and was really hoping for the position, but a few days later I got the rejection letter, which was really just as nice as the rest of the process. Everyone I met with was great.
- What qualities would you look for in a manager if you were to build one?
