Applied online and then had a phone interview with HR. At the end of that phone screen, they said I'd hear back within a week if I moved on. HR did call within the week to set up the next interview. Got an email from HR with the interview details, including who from management would be there. I interviewed with HR first, and then with 3 managers on the same day, right after each other. The whole process was pretty clear and gave me time to prep. They checked my references after they gave me a job offer with salary details.
