The interview process involved an in-person meeting and a Zoom call. There was a significant delay in communication between stages. While responsiveness was good before the interview, it dropped significantly afterward. Two weeks later, an offer was extended, but it was not financially beneficial and would have resulted in a net loss.

The phone interview was pretty informal. Just the basics about my experience, etc. It ended with a basic assignment to execute a market survey at a near-by retailer on how Ty products were positioned next to the competition. The in person interview for the position quickly transitioned from an interview to a planning meeting on how I would manage the territory.

The interview was about 30 minutes long. The interviewer started by giving a brief introduction to the company. It's really helpful if you do some research on the company beforehand. She was from the UK and was very pleasant, polite, and understanding. Things went smoothly, but we just couldn't agree on the base salary. I wish the base pay was a bit higher.

I was contacted by email, and the people I interacted with were really nice and welcoming. They asked great questions and we had good interactions. I enjoyed the whole process and the journey of the interviews. It was a good experience overall, and I'd recommend interviewing with the company to anyone interested in their field.
