First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Two Roads Consulting.
Management Consultant
I had 5 interviews in total. First was a call, then a coffee and lunch meeting. The last three interviews were in the office, covering behavior, cultural fit, and a case study.
- What is your greatest strength?
Senior Consultant
It's a few rounds with the leadership team and the account you'd be working with. The last day involves a short case study, which is pretty standard for consulting.
- What makes you want to join Two Roads?
Associate
I first connected with a Principal and Senior Associate for a virtual coffee chat (about 15 min each). Then, the following week, I spoke with one or two other Senior Associates (about 30 min each). The final round had three interviews back-to-back-to-back: two were culture and experience fit interviews with partners, and the third was a typical case interview (about 45 min each).
- Tell me about your experience and what you're looking for in your career.
- Do you have the capability to do the work?
- Are you someone we would enjoy working with?
