First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Two Rivers Public Charter School.
Teacher
It was a quick in-person interview, lasted about half an hour. A group of around 3 administrators asked me questions. The vibe was chill, but the questions were on point. They were super nice and made me feel comfortable.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a conflict with a colleague?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Assistant Teacher
The first interview was a phone call to discuss your background, skills, and your interest in the school. The second interview was with two principals. They asked about your personal experiences and gave you some scenarios to consider. You also had to complete a writing exercise based on a scenario, to show how you'd handle situations with kids and how creative you could be.
- What are your thoughts on being able to complete a full school year with the students you would be assigned to?
Receptionist
It was a very quick and easy process. First, there was a 15-minute phone call, then I was invited for a personal panel interview at the school. They responded really fast after I applied, and the interviewer was super professional.
- What makes you want to work at two rivers PCs?
