So the interview process went like this: first up was a phone screening with HR. Then, I had a technical phone interview with the director. After that, there was a take-home assignment. Next, I had a coding interview. Following that, I had a behavioral interview with someone who would be my direct report. Then, another behavioral interview, this time with a stakeholder. Finally, it was either an offer or not.

Behavioral Technical

I really enjoyed talking with everyone and the team showed their passion for Happify/Twill and had a positive outlook. It was disappointing to be ghosted by recruiting after 4 calls. I followed up a week later and still haven't heard back about a decision. I would hope a company values my time as much as I valued theirs. Not replying is rude, but not hearing anything after 4 calls is disappointing.

It was good. 3 round happened back to back. First round was technical, second was related to cognitive skills and third one was related to managerial round. Technical round walls little bit difficult and SQL questions were asked.

The process involved an initial interview (around 30 minutes) with standard questions, followed by an unpaid three-part assignment that took about 10 hours to complete. Two weeks after the assignment, an automated rejection was received. There were significant delays throughout the entire process.
