Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process was structured, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to evaluate both skills and team fit. It began with an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Next, I met with a cross-functional partner and then a peer from the Customer Success team. The peer interview included a thoughtful prompt that gave me the chance to dive into a real-world scenario. The final stage was a panel presentation, where I shared a strategic account plan with multiple stakeholders.

Behavioral Technical Other

Had 5 interviews with different managers across the globe, where each manager drilled down into a specific area of customer success strategy. It was pretty intense but also engaging. They also asked questions about company values to see if I'd be a good cultural fit.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group

I originally applied to Twilio in July 2021, but wasn't selected for that specific role. The recruiter suggested I keep an eye out for other openings. About a month later, a more suitable position appeared, and I got back in touch. Since my initial recruiter didn't handle that req, she passed me along to someone who did. The process started with the standard recruiter phone screen, then a 45-minute chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview consisting of six separate sessions. No presentation was required for this role. I received feedback between each stage within about 3-5 days, and the entire process from the initial screen to the offer took about 4 weeks. Both recruiters were excellent, keeping me informed and relaying updates and feedback promptly. I had the option to complete the panel sessions all in one go or split them up; I chose to split them and would definitely recommend that over doing them all in one day. Most of the questions were behavioral. There are some really good guides available online that I'd suggest reviewing beforehand, like those on themuse.com and mockquestions.com, which offer examples tailored to different roles. The panelists also placed a strong emphasis on cultural fit and alignment with the Twilio Magic principles, so be ready to discuss which of those principles resonates most with you and provide examples from your experience. Overall, the hiring process was pretty standard for the tech industry and went smoothly. I was really happy to get an offer and I'm excited to join the team!
