I applied online and then had to fill out the same application in person for two interviews. Both managers asked me the same questions, and I felt they weren't prepared either time. I didn't get a call back until I interviewed at a different location with a different manager, and then I got hired.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really fast, with only 3 steps, and the management was great. The last interview involved a presentation, and I had enough time to prepare and present to an audience that was really engaged. The role was described very transparently, and it turned out to be exactly what I ended up doing.

I had a one on one interview with the managers. They asked me questions about customer service, my experience, my attitude, how I would deal with unhappy customers, and my POS knowledge. After the interview, they let me know via call or email. If hired, I would train for multiple positions.
