Operations Associate
You are brought upstairs one at a time to an area with couches for the interview. It is very informal and stays clear of traditional interview questions, save for one or two. It mostly seems like they are tying to determine if your personality will mesh with their "hip" techy culture.
- Are you comfortable with performance timing and meeting a quota?
Operations Associate
This was a straightforward interview process, and I didn't encounter any unexpected questions. The people I interacted with were friendly. If you perform well during the trial shift, you should be able to secure the position. They've been hiring a lot of people lately.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

Applied online and heard back via email to chat and set up an in-person interview. That was pretty easy, mostly just talking about why I want to work there, and my availability and hours. Then, I was invited back for a 'trial shift' where I spent a whole day measuring and describing clothes, then entering that data into their system. The key is to be detailed, follow instructions, and ask a lot of questions. Oh, and you get paid for that day!
- nothing unexpected

Applied on their website and heard back really fast (about 30 mins) for an in-person interview. Got to their warehouse and had to hang out for about 15 mins since they were on break. The interview was super chill, with pretty basic questions. I felt like we really clicked and it went well. They asked me about my shift availability and when I could do a trial run. They also checked if I could legally work in the US and needed proof. I was pretty stoked, but then got an email saying I didn't get the job the next morning.
