Got contacted by the recruiter for a 30 min call. They mentioned a phone interview with the hiring manager would be set up. Got scheduling info via email. Had an hour phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later. The hiring manager said the recruiter would be in touch. The recruiter called the following week to arrange an in-person interview and to have me do an online assessment. The assessment took around 90 minutes. The first in-person interview was with the hiring manager and lasted about an hour. A few days later, the recruiter contacted me again to set up a second in-person interview with the VP of the department. This second interview was also about an hour long. A few hours after that, the recruiter called to offer me the job.

Had an initial HR call. Then went to face-to-face round table meetings with team members. One group seemed uninterested, maybe they had someone else in mind already. Both groups read from a script, which wasn't very telling. No follow up after. Reviewing old comments about TWIA, I guess I dodged a bullet.

I applied and got a call from HR Marie about 8 days later to schedule the first phone interview. The first call with HR Marie was pretty chill; she went over the job details and TWIA's benefits and structure. Then, Marie called again to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. This second call was another casual chat about my experience and background, and I got to ask about the job expectations. After that, I got called in for a formal in-person interview. On my way in, HR Marie introduced me to the VP of Claims, who looked over my resume and made some small talk to put me at ease before the main interview. The interview itself had a lot of behavioral, skills-based, and leadership questions. I felt good about it when I left, they were really professional and made the whole process comfortable.
