Client Advocate
I applied to TWG because my past job was similar. The online application was easy and I got an email from recruiting really fast. We set up a phone call a few days later. It was easy, just some questions about my background and experience, then they told me about the company and what they want to do. They said I'd move on and someone from the team would contact me. A week later, I talked to the team manager on the phone. It was easy too. She explained the day-to-day tasks and asked what I wanted from the job and if I was okay with things like working on the phone and dealing with upset clients. Since I have experience, she said everyone starts at the same level to learn from the same place. I liked that they were upfront about the career path and what they expect. After that, they offered to fly me to Dallas for the final in-person interviews. The whole thing was very professional. On the day of the final interviews, there were me and two other people, and we each had four interviews. They make it feel welcoming, and it wasn't weird having others interview nearby. They showed us the team and building layout, then we had an orientation. After that, I interviewed with the COO and some team leads/directors. They asked general background questions and my thoughts on client service methods. They also asked what I'd do in some scenarios, but since I have experience, I don't think I got the same questions as others. Then they showed me the career path and how I could advance if I met goals. It all seemed really open and simple. We had lunch and they said they'd be in touch in a few days. This was the fastest interview process by far. They replied by the end of that week.
- What would you do if a coworker was rude to a client?
Account Executive
HR reached out after seeing my resume on the school's career website. First, I had an on-campus interview with the HR manager and an Account Executive alum. It was pretty standard, asking things like "why insurance?" and if I was motivated by money. Then, a 10-minute phone interview with another manager, mainly to check my phone presence. They asked about my biggest fear in the role and how long I'd need to become successful. After that, I took a short online personality test. Then, I was flown out with 3 other candidates from my school for an all-day interview. We had four 20-minute interviews with different managers and the CEO. One manager tested me on insurance terms I'd been given to study beforehand, while the others asked general "about me" questions and some behavioral ones. The people were nice, but the entry-level setup was a bit of a downer (a cube in a pit office). Overall, it was an okay experience, but I probably wouldn't have taken the job even if offered.

Sales
I got a recruiter call first, they asked about what I wanted in a company and my past work experience. Then I had a one-on-one interview at my college campus. After that, I interviewed at their Dallas office and spoke with the CEO, COO, and two other people. It was intimidating but not too hard, except for one interviewer who asked me to sell him something in the room. I was ready for the usual pen thing, but this caught me off guard. He was unpleasant and unresponsive, constantly checking his phone's timer, which I think was meant to intimidate me. Since I didn't have much interview experience, it worked. Be ready for tough questions and think on your feet!
- As a very frugal person, sell me this expensive item.
Client Associate
I applied through my college's online recruiting portal. The first day had two 30-minute interviews where they asked about my sales background, strengths, weaknesses, personality, and future goals. I also had to do a sales pitch during one of these. After passing the first round, I flew to Dallas, TX, to meet other candidates who also made it to the final interviews. We were picked up from the airport and taken to Colleyville. There, I had four more 30-minute interviews with different people. If all four of them thought I was a good fit, I would get an offer.
- Could you sell me BLANK right now?
- Who is your biggest hero or role model and why?
