Online English Teacher
You'll do self-recorded interviews. You need to pretend you're teaching and record yourself for 2 minutes and then again for 3 minutes. It's pretty quick. Just make sure to compress the videos before you send them in. They might take some time to respond.
- Can you teach a B1 level student for 2 minutes?
- Can you teach a C1 level student for 3 minutes?
Manager
I had an interview with HR, then 3 interviews with Sales (one of them included meeting the team), then another with the CRO, and finally with one of the CEOs. Everyone was very willing, and the proposal was very interesting and motivating to me. Unfortunately, after investing almost 8 hours of my time, one understands if it doesn't fit the profile or if the selection process is paused and they don't move forward, but I NEVER received a response from HR. I followed up several times with no news. A shame, because the company seems interesting. I hope they improve communication! Good luck!

ESL Tutor
After I applied, I did an automated video interview. Later, they changed the process and I had an online interview with a person. They said I'd hear back in a week, but I didn't. After I asked, I got an offer via email and was told to wait a "week or two" for new clients. After a month, I asked again and they said I was unsuccessful, without giving a reason even though they had offered me the job. They ignored my requests for a reason or to file a complaint.
- Could you introduce yourself.
Customer Success Director
The interview process wasn't great. They didn't give any instructions, and I didn't hear back after the second round. The interviews were conducted in either English or Spanish randomly. The conversations were friendly, but I feel the culture described in employee reviews is likely accurate based on my experience.
- Describe your leadership style.
