The interview process was not the best. After a 30-minute phone screen, I was told that they were on final round interviews, which seemed like a waste of time. The interviewer also forgot to send the link, so I had to call them. It was also strange that this marketing role was in charge of diversity efforts, especially since there's little diversity on their site. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The interview process moved quickly and was transparent until the end. It was holiday time, and I only got one update on the decision-making progress. I heard back a bit over three weeks after interviewing. More updates would have been nice for peace of mind.

Case Presentation Behavioral

It kicked off with a screener call. Then, I was given about a week to tackle a case study. Presenting my solution for the case was part of a panel interview. The final step was a last interview. Managers conducted all stages except the initial screener. I wasn't impressed with the case study; the prompt was unclear and, in my view, not a great way to assess the skills needed for the job.
