Controller
The interview went well, and I was able to adjust to their short notice. Everything seemed to be in order, but then they went silent and I never heard back. I found their handling of the process to be unprofessional.

Principal Software Engineer
It was a series of chats about my background and info on the tech and jobs. Then a coding assignment that was like real work, doable in a few days, not a quick online test. This felt better for showing what I know.

Operations
The whole interview process took over two months and was honestly the worst I've experienced. I ended up speaking with about five different recruiters in total. It started out pretty standard. I was contacted by Tvision and had an initial recruiter phone screen. Then they said they'd set up a phone screen with the hiring manager. That recruiter left, and a new one took over. This new recruiter never actually scheduled times to talk but would just call me out of the blue, which was super annoying. After that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, followed by two onsite interviews. The first onsite ran over its scheduled time, and I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions. It was obvious they were looking for a very specific type of person for the role. While companies need to interview candidates, they should also remember that candidates are interviewing the company too. After that first onsite, I was pretty undecided about them. Then I went in for the second onsite and met some of the people I'd be working with. After that, I didn't hear anything for a while, then suddenly a recruiter contacted me wanting to schedule a call. I then spoke with yet another recruiter and had to repeat everything multiple times because nobody had any context from my previous conversations. Weeks later, I received a generic email response. It was a complete waste of my time, and it really seemed like the company was disorganized internally.
- What makes you want to join this company?
HR Manager
So the interviewer was a few minutes late, but it wasn't a big deal. We started by introducing ourselves and then they asked me to talk about my background. Everything seemed okay, and I didn't really think I'd get the job. The main issue is that after the interview, the interviewer completely ghosted me, even after I sent a thank-you note. I never got any update, not even a rejection. The interviewer did mention that I would be replacing them as they are moving on, so it seems they are in a hurry to leave. It's a shame the process ended this way, but hopefully, they find someone who is kind and follows up with candidates, especially for a role like this.
