TVHC Interview Questions
& Process

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me pretty quickly to schedule an interview. When the interview time came, I got a call from someone else at TVHC instead of my interviewer. They said the recruiter had something come up and would get back to me to reschedule. After a few days of not hearing back, I emailed my availability. Then the recruiter asked if I could do a time that wasn't on my list, and I let them know I couldn't but gave them more times I was free. After that, I never heard from them again, even after sending two more follow-up emails.

My interview was a phone call, no Zoom, and mostly resume review and description and role duties. It lasted less than 20 minutes, very easy. The recruiter told me she would schedule the following interview with the program manager, but that didn't happen even though I made 2 attempts to contact her.

The interviewer was late and didn't offer to reschedule. They seemed rushed and didn't seem to care. They let me know that they had already found someone for the position. It seemed like a waste of my time. I would have preferred an email stating they were closing the offer.

It was a nice and simple interview process. The largest interview had 3 people. Outside of that, the interview process was quick and there were no surprises. HR could have done a better job explaining the probation period though.
