Very pleasant process, good follow-up and nice people. Felt like they really focus on the human aspect, so try to really familiarize yourself with their norms and values.
- How would you manage an international rollout into a new market?
HR Business Partner
It was a quick interview process. They were clear about the steps. I met with a few people to get a feel for the company culture and what's important for the business. I think this gives a good impression. Cultural fit is a big deal for success here.
- What is typical for you and how do you apply this in your day to day job?
Software Developer
First, there was a quick phone screening. After that, I had a longer interview on-site with a panel of people from different departments. There were other steps too, but they weren't for me.
- In five years, where do you envision your career path?
Maintenance Technician
I first sent an application letter with my resume via the website. After that, I was contacted to come by. And they asked me a few questions. After this conversation, I had to answer some questions via an online platform to assess my competencies. Then there was a second interview with the department head. A few days later, I received approval to start. But I chose to continue studying for a while.
