I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter, it was chill. Then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager where we did an activity. The HM tried to rush the interview and kept cutting me off or talking over me. They also asked some really unclear questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online and got a call back for an in-person interview at the corporate office. I first met with an upper management member who was really nice and explained Medulla's business well, their health and wellness mission and vision really impressed me. After passing that, I got another call a week later to meet with the regional manager. This meeting involved two people who detailed the incentives, territories, and the demanding schedule of 40-50 hours per week, mainly on weekends. I expressed concern about my existing weekend commitments, but they initially reassured me about flexibility. I then shadowed a Customer Service Representative for an hour to learn the ropes and saw that getting people's attention for screenings was key. Once I confirmed my interest, they asked again about my comfort with the hours and schedule. I mentioned a non-negotiable Sunday commitment but offered to work every other weekend. They seemed surprised and unsure, saying they'd get back to me, which was confusing given their earlier flexibility. It didn't feel great, but these things happen.

There was some confusion about who I'd spoken with before. I was working another job and gave my schedule for availability, but then an interview was set when I couldn't make it. It took a few weeks to get aligned. I had other job offers that needed quick responses. I wanted to go with Chiro One Wellness Centers, but I also needed to secure a definite offer. The back-and-forth to set up a meeting time was a bit stressful. Once we finally met/spoke, the rest of the process was great.

First, there was a phone screening with general questions. After waiting 4-6 days, I had another phone interview that was more detailed about my past work experience. Then, I went to the clinic for an in-person interview. It was pretty intense, about an hour long. I was asked about my work experience, what makes me a great candidate, and how I would handle a specific situation. Finally, I met the doctor who asked me questions about my attitude and if I was comfortable with long hours.
