& Process

So the manager first asked me about my career goals, interests, and overall experience. It was a pretty basic chat. We spoke on the phone, and then I went to his office. It was pretty relaxed, not stressful at all. He asked a bunch about what I've done in my work, and then he told me about how the company was still developing its facility and working on new projects. The company was basically a startup then, with a small crew for a TV and radio production setup.

Very good, very cordial and professional, the process is quick and they make you feel zero nervous, their questions are very accurate to get to know the recruiter better, basic questions and papers, it's a very good work environment and the human resources person who interviews you is always very friendly and attentive to your processes in the company.

First, you'll have interviews with people from Human Capital. After that, you'll interview with several sales managers. Depending on the position, questions will be based on your experience and why you want to work in sales.

The interview was fluid and direct, pleasant and reliable. Unfortunately, after going to the TV Azteca Ajusco test, I never received any response on how the process ended, very poor participation from the HR department.
