The interview was held over Zoom. They asked direct questions about my past tutoring and teaching history. The interview lasted about thirty to forty-five minutes and was pretty standard. They require a ten-month commitment for the position with no flexibility, and the pay is very low compared to the normal rate for tutoring.

The onboarding process was quite involved, ending with a video that detailed the data reporting expectations. Essentially, tutors are expected to input a significant amount of information about their sessions with students into an online system. The catch is, tutors aren't allocated time for this or given the necessary equipment. While the interviewer avoided the term 'uncompensated,' the expectation is for tutors to handle this extensive data entry without pay and using their own resources.

the interview difficulty is not bad and it allowed you to re-record your answers on some questions. the interview probably takes around ten to fifteen minutes. you record your answers so your not actually talking to someone live. interviewed and haven't heard back, kind of got ghosted.
