Customer Service Representative
I applied on Tusk and Consultants Promotions website and got contacted that week to schedule an interview. When I got there, the office staff was really friendly. The hiring manager explained the 3-step interview process and what they were looking for. Then she asked a lot of questions. I was offered a second interview, which I accepted, to practice Brand awareness for one of their clients. I shadowed them for about 25-35 minutes. Then I met with who I think was the CEO. We talked about the position, and I was hired right away. I'm working there now and liking it.

Assistant Manager
Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by three friendly administrators. Lively music was playing, which helped calm my nerves, and the overall environment felt very welcoming. The staff was efficient, and my wait time was only about 15 minutes. The Human Resource Manager, Ashley, was pleasant and informative. She mentioned this was the first of three interviews. The second interview was with Diana, a lead sales associate, who explained company operations and shared tips for rapid advancement if offered the position. A third interview was scheduled for the same day.
- What are your career aspirations for the next year?
Intern
This interview process was pretty legit. As I'm currently a student, my schedule aligns perfectly with this firm. I really like that it's not door-to-door sales, which was a concern after reading a review. I directly asked if it was door-to-door sales, and they confirmed it's strictly Business-to-Business/Face-to-Face, which adds a lot more professionalism. I even confirmed with a current employee who stated they absolutely do not do door-to-door sales. Overall, I enjoyed the interview and found it to be straightforward. Fingers crossed I get the offer!
- Can you tell me about your best leadership quality?
Sales Representative
The interview process was a 2-day experience with a 1:1 base interview. It was very professional and aimed to match my resume to my face. I learned about the company, our products/services, and our operational methods, including details on indirect and direct marketing strategies and their functionalities.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
- What drives your passion?
