The interview process involved one round via Teams, and then the rest were face-to-face. They asked me some questions and said they'd let me know in 2 weeks if they wanted to proceed. They never did, and I noticed the salary seemed low compared to other US locations, so I figured Texas would pay less.

There were four interviews and a written test in English and Math. I'm not sure if the test is still a requirement or if it was just a formality, unless someone did really badly. The last interview was with a Board member, and it was a phone conversation. The decision was fast, the whole process took less than a week.

The interview process involved approximately 4 rounds with the COO, CEO, and several employees. It took a significant amount of my time. I was initially told I would receive an offer letter, which I accepted. However, after following up a week later, I was informed again that the offer letter was forthcoming but that HR was experiencing a backlog. I followed up again the following week, but never received a response or an offer letter. This lack of professionalism was quite surprising and suggests what the company environment might be like.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and efficient. I applied and then had a quick phone screening, followed by two more interviews. The questions they asked were really on point for the job, and the conversation felt natural and professional. Everything was organized well, and they kept me updated on what was happening next. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience!
