First, there was a take-home assignment involving Github Actions on both Windows and Linux, including a demo of a Github runner. Then, I had an interview with the technical manager to discuss the assignment and the job role. After that, there were 6 more interviews with teammates, HR, the manager, and the CTO. Everyone was good and asked fair, intelligent questions.

I was initially contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiting firm that seems to have a solid connection with Turtle Beach. After that, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. This was followed by another phone interview, this time with the hiring manager. The process concluded with an onsite interview. I felt the interviews went pretty well, and I had a good impression of Turtle Beach and the hiring manager. Even though I wasn't offered the job, which was a bit disappointing because I thought it was a good fit, I'd be open to interviewing with them again if the chance came up.
