The process was both disorganised and convoluted. It's clear they work at pace with a lot of ambiguity. They have a lot of recruiters, internal recruiters, managers and other employees involved in the process.

The interview process was super professional and communicative from start to finish. They gave me a clear timeline during the first call. The interviewers seemed to know exactly what they were looking for in a candidate, which was refreshing. Everyone was down-to-earth and didn't ask any tricky questions. Overall, the vibe was good and everything was very organized.

I applied online. They had a video call where they asked about my background and why I wanted to work for Turo. After that, I got a take-home test with 2 questions. Then, I went for an on-site interview where I presented my answers. I met with 3 people, and they were all friendly and asked good questions. The communication was good, and the whole process was fine.
