First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TurnUp Activism.
Intern
The interview was quick and easy, just a short 5-10 minute Zoom call with some simple questions related to the job. I was a bit surprised by how young the interviewer was, and it wasn't until after I accepted the offer that I realized the role might not be what I initially thought for a college student.
- Can you explain the significance of registering voters?
PR Specialist
First, you'll do a quick online quiz covering your personal details and fundamental PR skills. After that, you'll get an email soon about the next steps, which will involve a zoom meeting.
- What do you think makes you stand out in the PR industry?
Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy, mainly because it was for an internship. There wasn't any technical test required. All the interviewers were really nice and polite. This was actually their first time hiring interns.
