I talked to the recruiter, the HR hiring manager, and the HRIS manager. They were all really nice and easy to talk to. They mentioned they wanted to hire someone quickly, so things moved fast in terms of scheduling. But then, radio silence. A week after my last interview, I followed up with the recruiter because the other people they were considering were supposed to be interviewed right after me. The recruiter never got back to me. Another week passed and still nothing. It's ironic because I was applying for a job where I'd need to be responsive to employees, and all three interviewers stressed how important that was, but I, as a candidate, didn't get that same treatment. It just felt hypocritical and unprofessional. I'm so let down. Turnpoint's slogan 'we turn bad days into good ones' just doesn't seem true. If they can't even communicate with potential hires, how do they handle customers?

I had 3 virtual interviews with 5 different Recruiting Managers. One of the interviews was on Christmas Eve. I was told I'd hear back a few days after the last interview, but I never did. It's been about a month and I've followed up, but still no feedback.
