The interview was pretty chill and laid-back, though that might just be my store manager. They just want to chat about your experience. No need to worry about technical stuff or if you have any specific background. Just don't stress about it. They'll also go over your available hours and discuss the background check and drug screening.

I got a phone call to come in. They sat me down and asked a bit about myself and the industry. It was pretty mellow overall and I got hired. Make sure you don't just say "I like hunting and fishing." That won't do you much good.

The interview process was really relaxed and straightforward. The managers were really nice and asked simple questions. They also gave a cashier test, which is a basic math test to gauge your abilities. The job didn't really need prior money handling experience, but they did say they wanted someone who could learn fast and handle working in a busy, high-pressure setting.
