I applied for this role during my university's career fair. It took them about 2 months to get back to me via email with an update, but the interview part was pretty straightforward. I was sent an email with the interview date, and we conducted the interview over Microsoft Teams.

Filled out forms online and set up time slots for an interview. Much smoother than other companies. General questions about interests, construction experience, and specific problems you’ve encountered and solved in construction.
