I had a zoom screening interview for about half an hour where we talked about my resume and some general interview questions. Then, the second round interview was a group interview with about 15 other people. The first hour was a presentation of the company, introductions, and general questions. We were individually interviewed for 20 minutes and then spent 40 minutes in a group case study with an observer. After all that, I got an email saying they didn't have enough open positions to hire me. It made me wonder why they'd make me go through a 3-hour interview process if that was the case.

It was a contract to hire role. The whole interview process was really nice and professional! First, I had a recruiter screen, and then I talked to the hiring manager. The manager asked about my background, what skills I had, and what I was looking for work-wise. Then, I had a formal interview with the client I'd be working for. That interview was virtual, on video, with the camera on. I spoke with about six or more people. The questions were pretty standard for a PM role, covering my background, some situational questions, and what tech I was comfortable with. It was a pretty relaxed interview overall.

They asked about my background and experience, and seemed most interested in my personality to ensure I'd be a cultural fit. I appreciated that each interaction felt more like a sincere conversation rather than a stranger trying to judge me based on a few short interactions.
