It was a pretty straightforward and well-organized process for the internship. It involved one phone screening, then a behavioral interview, and finally a project that I had about three days to complete from home. The whole thing took about three weeks.

I applied online over the weekend and got a call by Tuesday to come in for an interview. It was scheduled for Thursday at 9:00 am. I interviewed with the manager, which was professional and enlightening. I also interviewed with HR the same day. We talked about pay, the job itself, the work environment, resident expectations, benefits, and lots more. I got the drug test form on the same day too. The staff, managers, and HR were really friendly and made me feel great.

You will have three interviews before they decide if they are going to give you the job. The first one is with the f&b Manager. The second interview is with the GM. The third interview is with the developer. They will ask you about your experience and want to see and feel what you are capable of doing.

I had a phone screen and then 3 in person interviews. I never heard back after traveling there on three separate occasions. I emailed and called my contact in recruiting and did not get a response, not even a "no thank you" form email. Completely unprofessional.
