First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Turn2Partners.
Call Center Manager
I was contacted about this position and told I was a great fit. I had a 6-minute interview with the client. I was again told I would be a great fit and they would move forward and I should wait for Turn2Partner to reach out to me. This was on a Monday. I didn't hear anything until I reached out that Friday. I was then told they would not be moving forward, with no reason given. The position was reposted and now requires a degree. It seems like a mistake was made and the requirements weren't understood. Instead of owning up to it, it seems they planned to ignore me. I'm sure if I hadn't reached out on Friday, I would have never heard back.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
Consultant
I didn't apply for Turn2Partners directly, but they did reach out about a job at another company. I ended up declining that offer. The whole experience was very professional, and I worked with Connor O'Brien.
- Were you interested in the specific role offered by the employer?
Revenue Accountant
The first chat was over the phone. I wouldn't call it stiff or anything, it was more laid-back but still professional. We talked about my current job, my experience, my education, and what I'm looking for. It was a good, straightforward talk without feeling high-pressure. The interviewer, Chris, also shared his background and some company info. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview to meet the client.
- In which part of accounting and finance do you see yourself working?
- Would you rather be a Staff Accountant in a small company, handling diverse tasks, or work in a specific finance role within a larger organization?
Support Specialist
It was a few rounds, but honestly, the interview process wasn't super long or tough. They didn't hit me with the usual basic interview questions; they asked about my background instead. Glassdoor wants 30 words minimum for this review, which is crazy. I just want access to the site.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
- What is your background?
