The interview was pretty laid back. It was a panel interview, well, close to it. There were 3 people in the office and on the projector (zoom-like). They asked normal questions and a few serious questions. They were very nice.

The whole process was pretty good. We had 2 phone interviews first, and then I went in for an in-person interview. That started as a one-on-one, and then it turned into a group interview with the entire development team.

Behavioral Technical

The interview started with a 30-min phone call with the recruiter, which was more detailed than usual but not technical. Next, there was a 30-min video call with HR and three potential team members. It seemed to go well, after which I was asked to submit a sample of technical documentation. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after that, which left a very negative impression. While scheduling the next steps was fast, the lack of communication or feedback afterward was really frustrating and unprofessional.

Behavioral

I applied online and HR contacted me within a few days to set up a phone interview. It was a behavioral interview. After that, a few days later, they contacted me again for an in-person interview. The interview was pretty straightforward with no unnecessary steps. It can be a good or bad experience depending on your preparation.
