IT Consultant
The whole interview process lasted approximately 6 weeks. I had four interviews, each lasting about an hour, with the recruiter, hiring manager, director, and IT head. I received positive feedback after each of these, and things seemed to be going well. The fifth and final interview was a brief 10-minute meeting with the CFO. After asking a standard 'tell me about yourself' and project-related questions, he concluded the interview. A week later, I received a rejection email, which was quite disappointing.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Please describe the projects you have been involved in.
Contract Analyst
First up was a phone interview, followed by an online interview. There are a couple of steps before the CEO interview that really matter to me as a candidate. Plus, some assessment tests are involved, specifically personal inventory tests and Workplace Scenarios & Role Plays.

- Were there competency-based questions?
- Were there inquiries related to how early experiences impact the hiring process?
