So, the interview process was pretty simple: first an online application, then a phone screening. After that, there was an assessment day with some group activities, followed by a panel interview. They also did a reach test and a medical check. It was all very professional and organized, really focused on customer service. And they mentioned the training program after you get selected is pretty thorough and gets you ready for the job.

The interview was quite short, under 10 minutes. Even though I applied for an operations role, we didn't really talk about work stuff. It was all personal and about my current situation. It felt like they had already decided against me but called me in anyway, just to fill a slot since my CV is clear. I was asked a few company stats, which I answered confidently. The whole thing ended quickly, and they said they'd keep my CV for 'possible future opportunities'.

I recently went through a multi-stage interview process at Turkish Airlines for the First Officer position. The process included an English test, DLR test, CRM test, and a final interview. While the initial tests were challenging and relevant to the job, I had some concerns about the final interview. The final interview felt somewhat different from the previous stages. It didn't seem to focus as much on assessing the skills and competencies required for the role, which left me a bit uncertain about the evaluation criteria. Unfortunately, I received a rejection at the end of the process.

I applied online. Then I got a link for an online English exam. After that, they invited me to Istanbul for another English exam, which was challenging due to time constraints. It had 6 parts, and you'd get logged out once your level was determined. I finished all parts. About a month later, I got another email inviting me for an interview. You need to be prepared, dress well, and bring all necessary documents. They checked my height and weight, and also looked for tattoos. Then, I had an English interview. If you don't pass these two, you can't continue. Next was a group assessment, followed by another interview with three people, which I found the most challenging. They asked about my personality and life. The last part of the day was a meeting with a psychologist.
